Matt Sebal – Co-Founder and CEO

Matt Sebal is Co-Founder and CEO of KORE. As CEO, Matt sets the vision and direction for KORE. He is responsible for driving our purpose – to help the world’s most sophisticated professional sports, entertainment and media enterprises drive sales, streamline business processes and take profitability to a new level. Previous to founding KORE with Todd Cusolle, Matt was a Principal in IBM’s e-Business practice where he managed a portfolio of global customers on enterprise data migration from mainframe systems to the Web; a pre-cursor to the recent push for cloud-based “big-data.” Matt is a regular speaker at conferences and colleges across North America about entrepreneurship and information technology’s ability to disrupt mature marketplaces. Matt earned a BA from Western University – formerly the University of Western Ontario.

Todd Cusolle – Co-Founder and President

Todd Cusolle is Co-Founder and President of KORE. He is currently focusing on expanding KORE’s software solutions to the global media and entertainment industry by leveraging our success in North America with professional and college sports teams, media and entertainment customers. Prior to founding KORE Software with Matt Sebal, Todd was a founding member, CTO and Director of Mindful Eye, an artificial intelligence software company that helped financial regulators detect fraud. Todd was instrumental in Mindful Eye’s success, which led to the company going public. Todd’s career started as a Constituency Assistant to a senior member of former Canadian Prime Minister Brian Mulroney’s cabinet. Todd earned BA from Carleton University. As an enjoyer of life-long learning, he is currently working toward a second undergraduate degree in Economics from Harvard’s Continuing Education School.

Taylor Kern – SVP, Sales

Taylor Kern is the Senior Vice President of Sales for KORE. In this role, he is responsible for leading the company’s business development efforts, including setting annual growth targets, training and managing the sales team, and working directly with KORE’s customers to ensure their long-term success through needs based analysis. Prior to working for KORE, Taylor was a top producer on the Dallas Cowboys’ corporate partnerships team. Taylor is an active early-stage investor in emerging technologies in the Sports and Entertainment industries. He earned his BA and MA from the University of Alabama where he also worked in the Alabama Athletic Department during and after his graduate studies.

Russell Scibetti – VP, Product Strategy

Russell Scibetti is Vice President, Product Strategy and is responsible for the strategic vision, planning and development of the KORE ProSports Ticketing™, ProSports Sponsorship™, ProSports Suites and Premium™ and ProSports DWA™ software products. Prior to joining KORE, he was the Director of Relationship and Database Marketing for the New York Jets, where he managed a cross-departmental CRM initiative that connected ticketing, sales, service and marketing to execute multi-channel sales and retention campaigns and provide detailed insights into the team’s corporate and consumer business efforts. In addition to his work with KORE, Russell is the founder and primary author for TheBusinessOfSports.com, an industry blog that discusses practices in sports business and hosts industry networking events around the world. Russell earned his MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and his BS in Computer Science from Rutgers University.

Darrel Pugh – European Commercial Director

Darrel is responsible for the leadership and orchestration of KORE’s European customer base, ensuring KORE grows, retains and delivers excellent service to our customers. Darrel graduated with an MBA in the Sport Industry from University of Liverpool in 2002. Since then his career has been entrenched in the Sport sector having held roles within; The Football Association, Everton Football Club and Nolan Partners, Europe’s leading sport specialist headhunting firm. Following this Darrel has based his career in the Technology sector, where he has successfully accumulated valuable experience in leading technology firms within consumer sectors, providing innovative cloud based solutions. His last role before joining KORE was Head of UKI for Sport & Entertainment within SAP, driving SAP’s suite of products, and managing key accounts.

Brandon Crossley – VP, Ticketing and Fan Experience

Brandon Crossley is Vice President, Ticketing and Fan Experience and is responsible for the overall customer experience, quality and project delivery for KORE’s ProSports Ticketing™, ProSports Suites and Premium™ solutions. Prior to joining KORE, Brandon held a variety of web development and software engineering positions including a position at his alma mater (Trinity Western University) designing a back office system that managed applications, enrollment, and financial awards. Brandon joined KORE early on, when it was still a start-up, as a developer. Brandon earned a BSc and BA (with High Honors) from Trinity Western University and holds various technical certifications.

Chase Williams – VP, Sponsorship, Media and Entertainment

Chase is Vice President, Sponsorship, Media and Entertainment and is responsible for overseeing the business development, project delivery and customer service for KORE ProSports Sponsorship™, ProSports Media Trafficking™ and KORE Media Pitch™. Chase is one of KORE’s first employees and started his career as a programmer and analyst, working directly on the implementation of several enterprise-wide systems. Since then Chase has managed various projects in the sports, media and entertainment industry including many for North America’s most successful professional teams, leagues and broadcasting companies. Chase’s expertise lies in solving complex, multi-property media and entertainment business issues. Chase earned a degree from British Columbia Institute of Technology.

Matt Hoffmann – VP, Engineering 

 

Matt Hoffmann is the Vice President, Engineering, overseeing the engineering and system operations divisions to define and deliver KORE’s technical vision. He is responsible for the company’s continued success as a leader in technology and the consistent improvement of KORE’s product line. Matt joined KORE as a developer and has worked as a project manager, technical lead and system architect.  Prior to joining KORE, he worked as a senior technical consultant with a focus on cloud-based infrastructure and software. Matt earned a diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and holds a variety of technical certifications.
